At WMB Youth, our vision is to see youth, leaders, and Church family who join our community to follow Jesus for life.
OUR RULE OF LIFE
We are shaped by an ancient practice, used by communities of Christians for nearly 2000 years, called a “Rule of Life”. The meaning of Rule comes from the Greek word for trellis. A trellis is a tool designed to enable a grapevine to get off the ground and grow upward, which allows it to become more fruitful and productive.
In the same way, a Rule of Life can be the trellis that helps us abide in Christ and become more fruitful spiritually. WMB Youth’s Rule of Life is a framework of practices designed to guard our habits and guide our group to Christ. Our Rule consists of six parts:

We are committed to studying the Bible together as a large group, in small groups, and in one-on-one discipleship.

We are committed to praying over & during our gatherings, for each other, and together in small groups .

Youth leaders are committed to looking to engage youth in one-on-one discipleship & relationships through coffees, conversation, check-ins, and life together.

We are committed to always being a safe space where questions can be asked and discussed.

We are committed to encouraging and creating opportunities for youth to participate in the life of the Church through engagement like Sundays, serving, engaging with other ministries and more.

We are committed to creating space and opportunity for youth to connect with and be discipled by people of all generations.
Wednesday Youth Nights
Every Wednesday, students gather to learn from God's word, engage in Small Group discussion, and just enjoy being together as a Jesus-centered community.
JR. YOUTH
(GRADES 6-8)
Jr Youth Nights 7-8:30PM Late Pick-up 8:30-9PM Waterloo Site, Lower Auditorium
Enter through the main doors off of Lexington. Late-pick up available for parents with kids in Sr Youth.
Sr. Youth
(Grades 9-12)
Homework & Hangout — 6-7PM Sr Youth Nights — 7-9PM
Waterloo Site, Youth Room
Meet in the Youth Room at our Waterloo site by entering through the red door at the back of the building.

Register Your Youth
Each year parents complete a registration/consent form to make sure our database is up to date and to give parents a chance to sign off on agreements around data use, photo consent, social media consent, and more. Please take a moment to fill out this important form.
Resources For Youth & Parents
The greatest discipler in a young person’s life will be their parents and family. It is our desire to walk alongside parents as they disciple their children. We also want to provide youth to engage with as they walk with Jesus. Click the button below to view suggested resources for parents and youth as we journey on the walk of discipleship.
Kids & Youth Prayer Community
The Kids & Youth Prayer Community is a community from our Church family who are committed to praying for our kids & youth weekly. We believe that our both our kids & youth and our ministries need to be grounded in prayer.
When you sign up to be apart of this prayer community, you will receive weekly prayer email updates. Each email will contain different prayer items from the previous and upcoming weekly programs in addition to other ways to be praying for the next generation.
