MISSION & VISION ANNUAL SURVEYS
As we begin a new year, we’re inviting our church family to pause, listen, and reflect together. Through a few short, anonymous surveys, we’re seeking to discern how God is shaping our community and where He may be inviting us to grow.
These surveys help us reflect on how we live out our mission through Gather, Grow, Serve, and Go, and focus on our Guiding Principles, Preferred Culture, and Core Practices. This is not about evaluation for its own sake, but about faithfully paying attention to God’s work among us and taking our next steps together.

These surveys will be done annually for the first few years, and may be spread out over the course of the year.

Demographic information is very helpful for analyzing results. For instance, a person who has been attending WMB for less than a year will have a different level of understanding about WMB’s mission and vision. The birthdate in combination with the years attending, will allow us to better analyze the data that we receive.

Yes! Once we have received all of the survey results, we will compile the results and share the with you!

Yes! Please complete any survey that you missed! In fact, it really helps us when we have all 3 surveys completed so that we have a fuller picture of how the church is doing.
